I made this exactly as the recipe called for. I love it and make it weekly. The mozzarella cheese gives it just the right zip.
So perfect the way it is. Delicioys! Careful, you dont wanna overdo the olive oil!
We loved this. I did add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
