They turned out great! My first time making churros they are crispy, not chewy at all! I think i put in a tiny bit more of water and tiny bit less of sugar and oil.
I was a bit disappointed with this recipe. The dough turned out more chewy . I had to shape them into french fries for a more crunch.
Super easy and delicious! Its super good gooey on the inside!
