Jag gjorde detta med rödspätta istället för torsk, utelämnade oregano eftersom jag inte hade någon, och använde glutenöl och mjöl, men det var de enda ändringarna jag gjorde.
Verkligen bra. Jag använde sommarfirre istället och behöll alla andra ingredienser lika. Såsen är vad som verkligen gör detta recept i toppklass. Min man gillade det också.
Jag stekte varje sida i cirka 2,5 minuter.
