Det här är utan tvekan de bästa vings jag någonsin har haft. Detta är mitt favoritrecept på vingar, de förblir krispiga även efter att de är täckta med buffalo-sås.
Det här är inte Buffalo, NY stil. Buffalo-stil vingar är friterade, "nakna." Ingen mjöl.
Jag tog ut vingarna ur pannan, lät dem torka i 3 minuter och doppade dem sedan i den heta såsen. Sedan grillade jag dem i 3-5 minuter på hög värme.
