Bidra med feedbackThe food is overrated. The mac and cheese burger was great for the kids but my boyfriend paid $35 for 3 pieces of lettuce and 3 not jumbo shrimp as listed in menu. Likewise I received the special for $55 scallops and grits. I had 3 small overseared scallops. The wait staff was AMAZING. I give them 5 stars just think twice before you waste your money on the food.
The menu was limited and over priced watered down liquor. The salad only good thing was the crotons the lettuce was brown and the salad dressing ran like water. We had Oysters that were good but again over priced. The waitress was in a hurry and not very friendly however the lady who cleaned the table was a ray of sunshine unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The hostess was rude and unprofessional. This was my first and last visit and would I recommend this place to anyone HELL NO period
I don’t even know where to start. The only thing that went well was the hostess seating us. From there, we ordered iced tea with sweetener on the side. I got mine, my guest asked for regular sugar…. Twice… never came. About 10 mins in we ordered an appetizer and again asked for sugar. No sugar. About 10 mins later we had to ask for our server to place dinner order and again ask for sugar and. Ow a refill for me. We placed dinner order…. No sugar. About 40 min later, after asking other servers to send ours over…. No food. Asked where our app at least was. She said she would go check. While she was gone; another server brought over my dinner and said my guests dinner was ready and about to come out. Asked them for more tea and sugar and they brought it. Asked about appetizer. Ten minutes later Appetizer arrives not my guests meal and it is not cooked all the way and super fatty. Ten minutes later…. Guest’s meal comes (and let me be clear…. It was only a burger… nothing major). My guest asks to speak with a manager. One (we believe is a manager) comes over and says she will look into it. She comes back and says our meal is covered and to have a nice evening. We finish our iced teas and get up to leave and the server tells us we still have to pay the bill. We tell her that the manager she sent over said it was taken care of. She tells us that is not the manager only a hostess. We think they walked out and she is not authorized to tell us that. What!?!?!? So we are standing there looking stupid and the person comes back and again says to ignore the server, it is fine, and we are covered. We finally leave who knows maybe the police are after us now!!! If the food was good, maybe this would not be as much of an issue and we would have been blown away by that, but it was mediocre at best. Just very unprofessional and unimpressed for a Guy Fieri restaurant. Would never recommend!
We were staying at Bally's and were hoping to try this steakhouse. It was booked all three nights we tried to make reservations, even though from the bar you could see that only a couple of tables we occupied at any time. Hostess said they couldn't get any servers. The bar was very good, though, with friendly, efficient bartenders and good drinks.
Ordered the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. The shrimp was awful!!!!! It was so tough and overcooked I could not even swallow it. Totally not a Chef Giancarlo product!
