Bidra med feedbackOne of the late-night drive-thru cashiers is not wearing her mask, standing just 4 feet above me. I inform her that she should be wearing it, as the other guy always does. The drive-thru menu sign has been missing lights for half the menu for weeks, making it difficult to see at night. Additionally, one night they were out of napkins, and for three consecutive nights they were unable to print out receipts. It seems there are some maintenance and operational issues that need to be addressed at this restaurant.
The first time I came, the restaurant closed at 9pm. The second time in the same week, they were out of Whopper meat. Now, I am standing in line writing this review and have been waiting for my order for 25 minutes. This is ridiculous. Just a fair warning, this experience has been unbelievable and I rarely complain.
I went to the restaurant tonight around 8:15 to 8:30. I had to wait for my order to be taken and unfortunately, did not receive two of the burgers that I ordered. When I called to complain, I was put on hold and heard employees swearing for 8 minutes. This situation needs to be addressed.
Horrible service. Very rude while taking my order. Then she hands me my food and doesn't say anything just closes the window. To top it off the food was wrong. I took it back in and got my money back. Won't ever go back.
I have been waiting in line for over 31 minutes and they have not even taken my order yet. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. One of the staff members was outside on break chatting while everyone else was waiting.
