Starbucks - Bealeton

The Starbucks in Bealeton on Hall Street frequently closes its café in the mornings without notifying customers who place online orders. While they had previously disabled online ordering for other reasons, they haven’t done so recently. On two occasions within two weeks, I placed an online order and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes in an exceptionally long line due to a “café is closed” sign on the door. By the time I received my drink, the ice had completely melted, and I was 15 minutes late to work both times! If this Starbucks had disabled online ordering, I wouldn’t have felt compelled to buy a $10 cup of diluted coffee, jeopardizing my job in the process. I'm fed up with this situation and am considering consulting a lawyer about it.
