Bidra med feedbackIf you're a loyal BP customer who values good service and is willing to pay a little extra for it, I recommend steering clear of this location. The individual who served me on April 25th at 3:31 PM—a rather irritable elderly man—was exceedingly rude. I accidentally tapped my BP rewards card before he was ready, and he yelled at me. After the transaction, I suggested he might consider being a bit kinder to customers, to which he responded that he didn't need customers like me. There were no other customers in the store at the time, and he didn't seem busy at all. In my 20 years in Australia, I have never experienced such discourteous customer service.
Pump No. 4 seems to have a malfunctioning gauge. I typically calculate how much fuel I need to avoid overfilling, but in this case, when I squeeze the handle, the fuel doesn't flow immediately as it should. The numbers on the gauge increase, but there doesn't appear to be any fuel actually being dispensed. I would appreciate it if you could address the issue with the pump gauge.

During my visit to this restaurant, I had an unpleasant experience in the bathroom. As I returned, an elderly man shouted at me, claiming he had "just cleaned" because my boots were dirty. He didn't even notice the dirt before making his accusations. I apologized and attempted to clean up the mess from my shoes, but his response was extremely rude as he mockingly exclaimed, "Oh, you're sorry." This behavior was unprofessional, and I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect rather than being yelled at. I would definitely suggest choosing a different restaurant instead.
