Cherry Berry Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory North Bemidji

The music was quite unpleasant and excessively loud. The staff at the Subway appeared disorganized and seemed uncertain about how to make a sub. This was my first visit to this Subway location. I will give it another try to see if this experience was just an isolated incident.

Love cherry berry! This one however, was very disappointing is the one off PB drive and it's in the subway with the chocolate factory. There's never anybody at the counter there's still lids on some of the food that can be put on for toppings that are empty, we went in there and there is chocolate everywhere all over the trays one of the machines wasn't working, so really they had just 4 flavors almost. Does anybody run this place? Is there a supervisor or something this store is a mess I mean it's tidy sometimes but the whole ordeal was a mess and I would not recommend it.

On 1/27/2023 i went to get some yogurt. I couldn’t because they locked the doors a little over 15 mins early. So I called confused, “do you close at 9?” To which she responds “yeah, did you come up to the doors and they were locked?”…”yes”.“Oh that’s because of subway, they lock the doors but I don’t”“Oh so could I come up and have you unlock the doors?” To which she responded “ummm… I already started to close”Hmmm I guess next time I’ll remember to come an hour early if I want to go to this business.

AWESSOME chooses to pick from but it's hiding away by subway

This is a great place to create your own frozen yogurt with a wide selection of toppings. It can get a bit expensive, but overall it's quite enjoyable. They typically offer around 8 to 10 different flavors.
