This is my favorite business in town. Their pastries are too good.

Their raspberry jelly roll slices with coconut on top are the best I've ever tasted! So fresh and tender, and the preserves are so flavorful! Yummy!The raisin cake that looks like cheesecake by the register was also delicious! I'm looking forward to trying more of their offerings next time ?

Love this place- the baked goods are great, and especially considering the extremely reasonable prices, it's hard to beat. Nice to stop in to grab a single treat to-go OR get a whole box full to bring to a party or something!Regarding reviews who had difficulty with the tray system, here's what I do and I don't find it to be an issue: grab a tray/tongs, leave the tongs on the tray with the baked goods while opening cabinet doors, stand just in front of the door so it can't shut while you grab your goods, then just back out with tray in hands and let the door close. Requires a little wrist strength, but nothing spectacular.There's been a miss here or there where an item is a touch over-browned, but considering that everything seems to be baked by real people and not on a robotic assembly line, a few items being slightly less-than-perfect out of hundreds of perfect ones doesn't bother me. Nor do I think it detracts from the quality of the overall operation this place runs.It's an absolute delight it is to have such a large volume of freshly-baked goods available right in town!
