I ordered door dash here tonight and was astonished by the customer service from Amelia. My dasher had been waiting 20 minutes on my order. The order said it was ready on my app, but I was on the phone with my dasher and the lady was telling him the order wasn’t ready. The lady handling the front register was filling other orders and going outside, all while my order sat there on the rack. My dasher let me know everything that was going on since he was there first hand. When I spoke with the dasher and the manager about this through a three way phone call, the manager Amelia was very, very, rude to the dasher, we also heard other coworkers of hers whispering to her. They took us as a complete joke. During this phone call Amelia let us know that they take walk in orders as priority over door dash orders. I’ve never heard of that being a rule for Panda Express, but I guess during her shift, this is Amelia Express instead. I will be looking into the store manager tomorrow morning. This type of manager isn’t someone who i want preparing my food.
Last 3 times I have been to this Panda Express they have not had food items available. This time it was Angus Beef. Was told they would bring it to me. They never did. Finished what I received and had to go ask for the rest. When received, it was more vegetables than beef and I counted 5 small pieces of beef (this is a premium item you pay extra for so I basically paid extra for a side of veggies).
Went through drive thru and I have to say the cashier was super nice and friendly. Great attitude. Receipt said his name is Cristian A. So wanted to recognize his friendliness and great service with a great smile Food was also hot and fresh.
I ordered beef broccoli and kung Pao chicken. I should of checked my order. I only got broccoli and 1 piece of beef. Panda Express do better!
