The dish was unappealing – the pieces were black, the outside wasn’t crunchy at all, and the taste was bland and old. Honestly, if I threw one of these pieces, it would bounce like a rock! It feels like we were served leftover food from the weekend. What bothered us the most was the owner's dismissive attitude, suggesting it was our fault for eating late. We've been regular customers and have ordered the same dish multiple times before, so this experience was very disappointing. Imagine if we unknowingly served this old food to a child; the owner would probably still blame us for not checking. Despite having pictures and videos of the terrible food, the owner kept insisting they don’t serve old food and claimed we waited too long. I really don’t think eating within an hour counts as "too late" for takeout. I've attached photos showing how dry and hard every piece was. This should not have happened, and it's frustrating that the restaurant didn't take responsibility. A simple apology and a promise to replace the food would have gone a long way!
