Starbucks - Ewa Villages

If you can choose between the other very near by Starbucks, 338 Kamōkila, I 100% recommend going to that one. I hate this location…. Consistently RUDE people working and the parking lot gets so chaotic… and I can’t emphasize enough how immature and unpleasant the staff are.

Always long line and they are all slow.... I ordered Gingerbread latte which they just started serving this season . I DON'T think the guy knew how to actually make it . it was just like thin coffee plus something and tasted really bad .. and it was not even hot.I waited my turn a long time so I didn't want to go back in line and make a complain . it was like over 6 for small one.I don't mind to pay that price if it was tasty .I WILL avoid to go to this location again .

This was a terrible experience .... The service is slower than any I've ever experienced despite the growing lines with a manager coming out to scold staff and not bothering to jump in and help! So disappointing for a Starbucks.

I’m at target all the time I was helped by Blane a few times. (I believe that’s his name)I got to say I love his customer service! You will definitely start or end your day on a good note! ? Even when they’re super busy, he always have a nice attitude! ? I work in customer service too so when I see people give great customer service (which sometimes makes people’s day) I make sure I leave a good review .

The atmosphere here is lacking, due to it being inside a Target store and being loud from high foot traffic.
