Sonic Drive-in - Forrest City

Absolutely terrible, employees are rude, I waited 25 mins food was cold, drink was wrong. Asked for them to correct it waited another 15 minutes had to ask again. Worst sonic I have ever been to.

Do not eat here if you like good service. Its not up to par with the good sonic food.

Hello, we just visited the Sonic in Forest City, Arkansas and the service was absolutely terrible! We ordered through the app and sat outside at the picnic tables for 40m.We asked 5 different times about our order and asked for the manager and never heard anything.We never got our food and spent over $40.The facility was covered in trash and food. A employee threw a fit right in front of us and quit while throwing down an order on the ground!We would like a refund!

Stopped here last night and they were fairly busy. We kept hitting the button to order our ice cream but nothing happened. We went to the drive-thru with a long line and waited. We waited so long that people were leaving the line. No one answered in the drive-thru either. There was an overweight male employee sitting outside and he wasn't letting anyone know what was going on. We left to drive all the way to Brinkley, Arkansas to their Sonic but guess what their Ice cream machine was down! Just SAD! We won't ever stop again and we travel on interstate 40 a lot! Terrible service at both locations says a lot about who owns these businesses and who you all hire!!!

Wanted to get some quick shakes. 30+ minutes later they cleared the order and when we asked after pressing the button they were working on it because “the machine cut out for a second” we were then brought melted ice cream. Horrible service and the car hop was even rude when dropping off the shakes.
