Bidra med feedbackI enjoyed dining at Pizza Pantry until the summer. Unfortunately, it has become overrun with teenagers, and the service has greatly declined. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive, and not once did anyone check on us after serving our meals. For a refill on water or lemonade, we had to go to the counter ourselves. There wasn't a single clean table in sight. It's disappointing, as the food and service used to be excellent.
I’m sorry to hear about your negative experiences. Pizza Pantry is back under its original ownership, and I’ve noticed significant improvements in the food, service, and cleanliness! I hope you’ll give it another try and see for yourself the higher standards they now offer.
The restaurant changed ownership, so I decided to give it two chances. The first time, my partner, our 5-year-old, and I came in for a sit-down meal. The new owner (or at least someone who was introduced as the new owner) was cooking that night and was the only staff member working. Unfortunately, she ended up getting on her phone and talking loudly enough for us to hear her across the dining room, using profanity like a sailor.
