Willy's Ale Room - Acton

We have been going to Willy’s for about 8 years. They have had some ups and downs in that time. We have had a few meals that were messed up, but most of the food has been ok. The old manager Neil gave us his card a few times and said the next meal was on him. We never took the free meal, but appreciated the effort. After the last visit, we won’t be going back. We stopped for lunch most recently. Food took forever. When it came out my girlfriend saw the pickle with her sandwich was a sliver. She asked for an extra pickle, and I asked for some mayonnaise. When we got the bill we had been charged $1each for the pickle and the mayo. Get real. $18 for a sandwich a $3 up charge for frozen waffle fries and you think it is ok to charge for mayo and a pickle? My fried chicken sandwich was also gross. The quality at Willy’s is inconsistent at best. The wait for food is ridiculous. Now they’re charging for things that are supposed to be included with their meals. I will not be back.

Yummy wings and a good variety of beers on tap. Friendly staff. Casual and comfortable place to meet with friends.

What can I say! This establishment gets how a restaurant is supposed to be run! The customer service here is tremendous everyone is so nice from the wait staff to management! Very rare! The food is amazing and the drinks are on point! If your in the vicinity I highly recommend stopping in! You won't be disappointed !!!

Seems we found the most popular hangout in Acton. Good time, just prepare for a wait. They do however have excellent seating to pass the time until your table is ready. Would recommend and return.
