Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican - Kuna

They give sooooooo little food! We ordered from Uber eats and our food was supposed to have double meat double everything basically and it wasn’t even half way filled! What a RIP OFFF! Our salad was like $18

This place does it a again for the 3rd time in a row not giving me all my food on pickup order for is ice cold and does not taste good. for all the bad reviews you guys have you would think you would do better. no longer willbe coming

I have waited twice on my orders now with no attention to my order. I even ordered ahead with the app and then wait 30-50min everytime. I will not go to this location again if we get Cafe Rio.

I was very disappointed in my experience this evening 1-25-24. First try to order my usual burrito with steak enchilada style with sour cream inside and out. First they had ran out of steak and had to prepare more, they asked if I wanted to wait i agreed. During this time the extremely rude manager treated the employees very poorly. Arguing and just making a scene. Another customer was waiting behind me and asked to have his meal prepared a certain way which the manager did not agree to and began to argue with this customer right in front of me. Well after waiting about 20 ish minutes still no update on whether or not steak was about done. I went back up and asked and was told that it was still going to be longer. I changed my order to chicken and asked for sour cream inside and was told no we won’t do that. At this point I gave up and got a refund for the meal I already paid for but never received. We have gone to this location several times and it just does not even remotely compare to the location off Franklin. I love cafe rio but this kuna location has major leadership issues I have never been treated with such disrespect at any food location.

I kindly asked for my first responders discount and the cashier said yes I got you. They lied I didn’t get my first responder discount along with both my brothers who also are first responders. Terrible service, I recommend never go to the kuna Idaho cafe Rio.
