Twice Daily - La Vergne

I'm thrilled to be the first to review this establishment. I come here every day and absolutely love the new ambiance, the fresh coffee, and the exceptional cleanliness. This is my favorite spot to stop before work and for lunch afterward. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I feel fortunate to have discovered a 5-star gas station. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I attempted to get coffee through the drive-thru today at 7 PM, but all the employees were just hanging out in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get my coffee or any service. I definitely won't be returning to this Twice Daily again.

They are never open when they're supposed to be, and their hours aren't posted accurately. I've visited several times trying to use the drive-thru at White Bison during the day, but no one ever took my order, so I ended up leaving. It's a terrible experience. Don't waste your time.

Go to the drive thru to order. You wait... no one answers. You come inside employees are standing around... not doing their job. 3-5 behind the counter... the barista got the order wrong. Then the employee follows me outside wanting to know if i took a picture and why... you can notice someone taking a picture but not someone at the drive thru... tsk tsk

This location sucks! There?s no reason why I shouldn?t be able to use my shell gift cards at the pump!!! Why even have a shell logo on your building?? Go to an actual shell if you have gift cards because you have to go inside and you have to know the exact amount left on the card. Completely bogus!
