Bidra med feedbackThe smoothie I ordered was extremely thick with cocoa, making it impossible to drink. When I called to inquire about it, they explained that it was hit or miss for that particular smoothie. I was confused - drinkable vs. not drinkable? I informed the waitress that I couldn't come back the next day, but instead of offering a solution, she simply sighed and asked when I would be returning. While she was not rude, she lacked adequate communication skills and understanding of the situation. I didn't raise my voice or insult her, I simply wanted to receive the product I paid for.
I love The Hulk smoothie, but all the smoothies I have tried at this restaurant are always great!
The restaurant has lost its touch with the watermelon hydration drink. It is not worth the price if it is not better than a 7-Eleven Slurpee. I have been to this place twice, as well as the location on Aubrey 380. The location in Prosper still gets it right.
The customer service was not good. coworkers under the name of joseph have turned off from my wife while my children were still in there because they had to forget something in the car and go back. she didn't stop the line and she had a tipp. not a big impression on small, especially as they go to a tasty bite once in a while.
Came here a few days ago- service is great, and all the workers are so kind! Wish they had better COVID precautions. I saw several patrons without masks, and once the mandate lifts tomorrow, I’m worried it will only get worse. There are no shields separating work stations from patrons. Worried for the safety of the workers and for nasty germs to get into the cups/ingredients/etc. Everywhere else has shields, even most other smoothie king locations I’ve been to! You’d think this location would have caught on by now. Disappointing.
