Starbucks - Lowell

I ordered an iced coffee with an espresso shot, and it's way better than Dunkin'.

This location needs to close down. They're frequently out of products and often shut their doors hours earlier than their posted hours. It's honestly embarrassing for Starbucks to operate at such a poor quality.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the coffee is excellent. I’m planning to bring my grandkids with me next time!

I'm giving 5 stars because I absolutely love this location and they work so hard. That being said, I refuse to let one bad experience ruin the rating I give. I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap(my absolute favorite) but this time around there's no flavor to it. It basically tastes like water. I did notice that the girl who made it was clearly still learning so I won't sit here and bash her. I'm actually hoping she learns everything and only gets better because was so sweet.

Young Asian lady working about back can to counter after I waited 10min. Said they are opening late and too come back in a half hour. I already waited outside until 8am for store opening. She was also rude and dismissive. This place is a joke. May 22nd, 2022 8:12am
