Bidra med feedbackCustomers waited in line for over 20 minutes, only to be told at the time of ordering that they were closed and only accepting mobile orders. When we attempted to order through the app, we were directed to get back in line. There needs to be a better way to communicate these policies to customers—perhaps a sign before they join the line would help.
This Taco Bell might be old, but that's not a bad thing. The staff and manager are truly exceptional. I don't know their names, but I've been there a few times, and each time they've gone out of their way to provide wonderful service. They really care about their customers!
The staff had an attitude when talking into the microphone and even questioned me about my employment through the window. It's a mixed bag here—sometimes you'll encounter friendly service, while other times it can be quite rude. I miss the old days of this place. I would suggest considering another option.
Bad. taco bell. always. my dad got our family dinner he gets to the auto-dru speaker. a hired welcomes him that my father tells the hired person that he wants to order a partypack. a woman interrupts, very loud when I can add, and says we don't take orders $15 or more. my dad says I'm here for a party package. the woman says to my father, we will get swamped with the 7 cars behind them. my father looks behind him, there are absolutely no cars. he says the woman that she finally, with a posture, leave him alone, my father commands. my father comes home, tells us all forgiveness, then checks the food. the regular burrito of my vater has been made completely wrong (they have put jalapeños? all our tacos got salat when he asked that it be done without them. the absolutely worst situation at all, no wonder that there are 1.5 stars. they're just renting a day.
Ordered through the app, order was marked as complete. Person at the front counter asked me three times for my name, said it would be ready in a minute each time. After 30 minutes, the manager asked my name, and got my food that had been sitting in the warmer the whole time. Awful awful awful service (Three other people in line had a similar experience, none of their orders were right!
