The customer service was rude, and it felt like the staff were only pretending to do their jobs; they clearly didn’t want to be there. When we got home, my husband discovered a hair in his pizza. Upon closer inspection, he found another one that was actually baked into the crust. This was our first time at Pizza Hat in Orrville, and it will definitely be our last!

When we got home, my husband took a bite of his pizza and found a hair in it. After examining the pizza closely, he discovered another hair baked into the crust.
