Very chic restaurant located a few blocks from the beach in the Foz area of Porto. Everything from the food, wine, and service was top notch. We had the veal carpaccio and a fancy scallop dish as our apps. The carpaccio was excellent and just melted in your mouth. For mains we had beef wellington, bœuf bourguignon, croacker that was over cilantro polenta. The fish was my meal and that polenta was creamy deliciousness. We had an amazing bottle of red wine recommended by our server and finished with the amazing pear tart for dessert. If you are looking for a an upscale dinner in Porto, Cafeína is it!!

This place has made me question all Michelin ratings. No joke... after leaving cafeina I looked up what it means to be Michelin rated and I no longer trust the rating. The service was **** poor... literally amateur and the food made me sick. Literally squirting out of both ends at this very moment. Do not waste your time at this **** restaurant.
