NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT READ!! This was the WORST experience ordering food in my entire life. My husband tried to place an order for a pizza. The male who took the order did not know the menu and after talking to my husband we realized within 60 seconds we couldn 't eat the pizza because we have a food intolerance to tomatoe sauce. When my husband called back immediately the person working proceeded to LIE and tell us aggressively that within the 60 seconds between the first phone call and the second the pizza was already made. There is no way that a pizza could be made within that time frame. We then said we wanted a refund. He offered to make another pizza , but we clearly did not want prepared food from someone who was so rude, aggressive and a liar. Also the price was $38, way more than listed on the menu for what we ordered. After arguing with the person for over 10 minutes telling them we have health issues and that 's why we had to adjust the order in the first place he still never placed the refund. I am calling my bank and getting a refund. Disgusting people. Stay away.
I got the Breaking Bad treatment when I ordered for delivery (They didn 't slice the pizza, I had to do it myself). The pizza was half-pepperoni. That half was buried in grease. Each piece of pepperoni was curled up like a little tiny bowl, each one filled to the brim with grease. The box was also covered in grease, to the point where I didn 't even want to handle it. I wish I took pictures. And in spite of the fact the whole pizza was overcooked it was still delivered nearly ice cold (because it took almost an hour to arrive, and I 'm less than 5 minutes away). Hometown and Bakis are better options.
I called to place an order based on what I thought was their menu, but I later discovered that there is another menu listed below the Google overview that isn't theirs. This was particularly frustrating after following the link provided, which led nowhere. Now, onto the food: it was disappointing. If you're promoting New Haven-style pizza as a specialty, then what I received certainly didn't meet those expectations. It's passable, but not worth the price. Honestly, I'd prefer to eat Domino's. The specialty pizzas might be better, but I'm not willing to pay for that. I ordered my usual favorite, the Romano, and the sauce wasn't even on their real menu. The tomato sauce tasted like it came straight from a can, with no hint of cheese flavor. Save your money.
Before you place an order from this restaurant, ensure you have the correct website among the four listed for this establishment (good luck figuring it out!). Additionally, just a quick tip: the website directly linked to this place doesn’t have the most up-to-date pricing. I would definitely suggest trying a different pizza place instead.
