Bidra med feedbackI go to dunkin often ,first time at this one.(US1 Mobil station) always order a refresher instead of coconut milk,I take it with almond milk.never had a problem was always served.Here the manager told me I could not,because they didn't know a code to put itin the register.I will not go to that one again.She was quite rude about it.
I go there at a minimum 5 days a week always leave a nice tip because I know it?s a lot of work dealing with people who don?t have their coffee and can be difficult. That being said your in customer service and the woman behind the counter whom I?massuming is a manger is nasty to her fellow employees. Short with customers and acts put out. I go there and still tip her to benice. But yesterday when the espresso machine was still down so I ordered regular coffee and tipped her. My coffee wasdisgusting burnt and cold. That was one of those times when I wanted to forget my manners. Like you have a job it?s makingcoffee and you can?t even do that.
At this location, the staff member was extremely rude. Half an hour before closing, she informed me that she had stopped making coffee. They also had no iced coffee or donuts available. Her customer service was the worst I have ever encountered.
This experience was truly disappointing. I ordered a plain black cold brew, and it was stale. When I asked for a bagel, the blonde lady behind the counter reacted in an overly dramatic way. Seriously, isn’t this supposed to be a place for food?
This is by far the worst D&D I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible, and they constantly have problems serving items from the menu. It seems like they turn off the machines and claim they're broken just to avoid doing their job. I've been a loyal customer since I was 10 years old, which is 50 years, but I am finally done with this incompetence.
