Nando's Ardeer - Sunshine West

2 weeks ago it was there. the place looks clean, not so busy. service is good, eating is good. litle bit pricier than what I thought, but it's worth it. they also get free parking. we recommend

We recently stopped at this restaurant for lunch and were initially impressed by its clean and inviting appearance. However, our experience quickly took a turn for the worse when we needed to use the restroom. The conditions were so appalling that it reminded us of something you might only see in a third world country. There was no toilet paper in the men's or women's restrooms, only empty rolls, and the facilities themselves were dirty. I had no choice but to use the disabled toilet, which was even dirtier than the worst gas station restroom I have ever encountered. To make matters worse, our orders were mixed up, resulting in a vegan salad being served with chicken. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they simply removed the salad and brought it back with the chicken removed, but with all the marinade and juices still soaking through the salad. The paella we ordered was bland, beige, and tasteless. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and we would not consider returning to this restaurant.

We stopped at this Nando's restaurant for lunch during a business meeting. The meal was typical of what you would expect from Nando's. The food was average. If you're looking for a quick meal, this place will do the trick. However, if you're looking for something more, there are plenty of other options available.

This Nando's location is my go-to choice when in Melbourne for work. The restaurant is always clean with nicely set tables for dining in, and the takeout orders are always ready to go. The staff also provides great service.

Before the customer service was terrible and eating was shocking. this time new staff and service has improved much this year. would recommend this local nandos once again if they wish only something close. <br/Gut made for nandos sunshine!
