They do good most of the time whenever we have to switch out items that were accidentally broken or if we are missing items. Usually a quick call, helpful staff and the problem is solved.However... today (Friday July 30th) my manager and I tried calling their Customer Service number 3 times around 930am and got the same representative each time. She did NOT sound pleasant and each time we mentioned our store name, she just went and hung up on us!Now, I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but that's VERY unprofessional, not to mention rude!Like Ma'am, who hurt you? And why is it OUR problem. Next time, just take the day off.
Very rude. Refuses new customers. Racial judgment from customer service yet they have a discrimination statement on the website. Refuse to assist new customers
I have been waiting on the line 45 minutes to order and not the first time.At least It takes 2 hours when I try to place an order for my business.Such a poor service.
This is my first business serving alcohol and was not familiar with the procedure. I contacted Southern on Thursday and received an email within 10 mins. Lauren B. was professional and efficient with my application. I had a deadline and she made sure my application was completed. I also spoke with a pleasant young lady in the ordering department I believe her name was G. She was so patience and professional. Thank you Southern for the professional, efficient and effective service.
