They said that the place was very beautiful, especially the beach and it is very privatized, huge condominiums, houses, the beach is very small and if you can find... I didn't like the place.
Occasionally, one might see a worker atop the skeleton. I assume they are waiting for more investments in a sort of pyramid dynamic.
