I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant due to an interaction with a woman who had red hair. She was quite rude and ended up making my sub incorrectly. When I was trying to place my order, she interrupted me and claimed she couldn't hear me. I clearly stated that I wanted a 6-inch Italian bread with roasted ingredients. Instead, she added salami, cheese, and a variety of other toppings that I didn't request, despite my intention to order a tuna sub. To make matters worse, she shook her head and whispered something to a colleague, which felt unprofessional. I didn’t raise an issue about the order, as I just wanted to leave. Overall, this was not an appropriate way to treat a customer, especially as a local resident. A little patience and asking for clarification would go a long way.
