Fa'ad's Spice Grill - Wembley

A few minutes after placing our order, the restaurant called to inform us that one of the dishes we selected was unavailable. They promised to replace it with a complimentary dish. However, when the delivery arrived, they accused us of lying and pressured us to pay the full price. We refused the order. I would advise against ordering from Sa'ad's if you expect timely and accurate delivery of your food. The service was appalling, so I recommend avoiding it altogether.
