Jack In The Box - Whittier

Opened at 7am and at 7:10 I was in drive through for to long no answer drove up to window and that took a while to they finally answered and said another 10mi ute wait they were probably just running late in was Christmas morning so I'll let it pass but one lady did lie and said the shake machine wasn't working and I asked another girl she said it was that's all folks

The last few deliveries did not make sense. Why would you work at a place, if you don't want to do your job. Once you accept, you should do what you get paid to do. No ranch, no straws and no napkins and I should've gotten a small the past few times because they barely put fries. Find something better or do what you get paid to do. Why apply at a place you don't want to work hard for.

It's in a great town for starters, and I would like to say that the Employees are professional and courteous and always seem to get a smile out of me regardless of how much pain I am in, and mood as well. (Sad, upset....... Recovering double Cancer survivor

Very dismissive, rude girl at the drive thru. She has served me 3 times in 2 weeks and has been rude all 3 times. She then proceeded to try to intimidate me by standing behind her manager and giving me dirty looks while I advised her ?mgr? that this person should not be working directly with customers. I eat here 5 days a week?.going to have to find a new place. She will still be there Monday and I don?t trust her with my food. I would love to know if the owner actually cares how poorly managed this place is. They gossip in front of customers, bicker amongst eachother and are negatively impacting this business.

If I could give zero I would the worst service and food at this location. I love my jack sandwiches and have multiple visits with old fries. Bad sandwiches and terrible service.
