Sweet Nanny Candies And Ice Cream Creamery

This is a charming local shop with excellent ice cream, candy, and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, they rarely stick to their posted hours. I've attempted to visit three times, and each time they were closed during their scheduled hours.

Fantastic ice cream and excellent service! When I was there, a lady with a cane accidentally dropped the top two scoops of her ice cream cone, and they happily replaced them with no questions asked. It was truly wonderful!

Stopped in wind gap off the AT and got ice cream. Delicious. Air conditioned. Nice bathrooms. Really nice local people. And they were actually open when they said they'd be, unlike other businesses in town.
