Bidra med feedbackThe soups have been unexpectedly spicy. The first time, when he mentioned it was hot, I thought perhaps he just needed to let it cool down. However, it turned out to be genuinely spicy, and I’ve never known their chicken noodle soup to be that way. He called to inform them about this, and “Maddison” assured him she would take care of it. When we returned and ordered the same thing, mentioning Maddison's name, we were told she was at the window. I was looking forward to thanking her for her assistance, but when I got to the window, the staff didn’t speak to us or even smile. They handed me the drink and directed me to parking spot #1 to wait for our soup and salad, even though nothing was being cooked or fried at that moment. I ended up waiting for five minutes for another soup, which was even spicier this time, with a noticeable southwest flavor. To make matters worse, as I approached the window, they pointed me to a young lady who then walked away from the window to hand me the food. This felt not only disrespectful but intentional, especially considering my client is 90 years old. What if he had been allergic to spicy foods? I can only hope he doesn’t have a reaction! Overall, the service has been frustrating, especially when all we wanted was to correct a simple order. The customer service has been TERRIBLE, which is completely contrary to the positive reviews I had heard about this place. The attitudes were rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning.
The fries are never filled up, and this particular experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to share. I even requested a medium size, but they charged me for a large instead.
I went to pick up an order that had been sitting on the counter the entire time, yet I still had to wait. I don't understand why, especially since there were three other completed bags there. When I asked, the cashier explained that they process orders in the order they were received. But why package the food and close the bags only for them to just sit there? This means everyone has to deal with cold food simply because the next order isn't ready. They need to recognize that some orders have special requests and will take longer. This is why there were so many people waiting in the pickup area. When we place an order online, we have no way of knowing which order came in first—if my order is ready, I want to receive it!
Door dashed my order and they forgot my spicy chicken biscuit. I get they're busy, I called several times only to be hung up on to see if they can amend this. I went to the store in the middle of work to get my biscuit and this really frustrates me. What'sthe point of delivery if I have to go back and pick up what should've been in my order. Wasn't offered cards or anythingcomplimentary for the time that was wasted. I do not feel valued please do better.
I absolutely love Chick Fil A but this is just unbelievable? I usually don?t give bad reviews this just upset me a little due to the amount of money I spend on the app and how often I come in here. If y?all were super busy I understand but it was just anormal Monday morning.
