Our server was kind but unfortunately the one thing I thought was safe to eat (beans and rice here are not vegan) was guac— which came with cheese. When I asked if we could have it without cheese the

Make sure to order without egg or fish sauce and pretty much everything can be vegan. I usually sub tofu for all my dishes and it’s yummy, fresh, light
