Kelly provided excellent customer service and was accommodating to my requests. I'm bummed they ran out of crab legs.

They sure do like to mess up orders here. Asked for a caramel crunch latte and got some bland drink with nothing, not even whipped cream or drizzle. At least they were friendly.

So dirty. This is one of those places where you order at the kiosk because the people are too lazy to work counter.
