We visited Amaya for dinner and loved it. There was a lively fire going, popping and crackling in the corner fireplace giving the dining room a wonderful light scent of pinon smoke. Service was prompt

Not quite as good as we remembered. Our food was decent, but just wasn't as flavorful as we remembered. My quesadilla wasn't as good as we'd get at some of our local restaurants, certainly not as good
