Service was good. Had hair in my lobster ravioli . The manager made it right by comping the dessert but still will probably not eat there again.

Good food. It is a hotel restaurant/bar. Don't think you're going anywhere with an upscale ambiance

I am definitely a regular at franks. They have one of the best prime ribs I've ever had. It's a little on the pricy end for sure, but for the amount of food and the quality of food it's totally worth.
