excellent, quiet modern venue. that eat looks good even though I didn't shoot. the staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly. they can also watch sport at the right night. highly recommended.

the food and the drinks was okay, the dessert was great, I really enjoyed it. there is a sitting area in the open with good views of the river lagan.

on the small side, but packed with great food and attentive service. ideal for breakfast, lunch or just coffee with some fine homemade cakes and traybakes.

coffee is always great (gingerbread latte, which I normally put sugar, don't need it here. it is beautiful without) cake and baked good are amazing.
