All our waiters Chris gave us a good experience

We had the best paella in Spain (the original of Valencia, with chicken and hare). The rice absorbs the fat that makes it more delicious, highly recommended. The seafood plate was just okay.

I have never had fish that had such a light batter & inside the fish was excellent. You could substitute a salad for chips - very accomodating. They will also pan fry your fish instead of deep frying.
