Very nice restaurant though we had to ask twice for the opentable menu which was good value.

waiter was not very helpful to recommend us food. As a tourist he should know better. Then the food was below average. However the restaurant theme and atmosphere was beautiful.

Really excellent Asian food I would recommend Pan Pan to anyone going through Oxford (or even as a detour)

I smiled all the way through this visit, eat good and drink, clean etc. the thing that smiled at me, it was a bit back to the 1970s steel coffee, doilies etc.
