Proof on Main is nested in the 21c Museum and Hotel in downtown Louisville, and definitely a place to stop if you decide to visit the area.

Our waiter was very rude and demeaning. Didn’t catch his name but he was a hispanic man i believe. wasn’t very nice or friendly. was very snarky and impolite didn’t feel like he was a waiter at all.

Great food and service though noisy due to old brick walls of the school. Lovely evening had by all. Would highly recommend!

The Cliffside is a great traditional Diner. The food and service was exceptional. If you ever get close to here you better stop The specials are awesome.
