Waited for an hour was told 45 mins. Rang them oh it left 5 minutes ago. 45 minutes later nobody would answer the phone, it turned up freezing cold 2 hrs 5 mins from ordering.

Friendly staff and a decent cup of coffee and snack..though it is up the stairs there is an adequate lift to the first floor, and toilets.
