Nothing spectacular at Captain Stanley's. My flounder and coleslaw was okay. I added a lot of lemon and salt to the fish to make it taste a little better....

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was great. The bang bang shrimp is my favorite.

Everyone is so sweet! Fast and easy service! Lots of seating on the main floor and upstairs! Perfect place to go to get work done while enjoying a coffee with a pastry!

A really nice find, the nourish bowl was a refreshing plate compared to what can often be a very unhealthy breakfast. I left feeling barely guilty at all, will be back to try some other dishes.
