My first experience touring a brewery and I loved itThe actual brewing room was a bit warm but that's the way it has to be for the brewing I assume.

We went for dimsum and they were out of both cheong fun ( rice roll noodle with shrimp) and crystal shrimp dumplings.two staples of dimsum.
