Had this afternoon tea with prosecco bought as a Christmas gift. Thoroughly enjoyed it and even managed to take in some of the exhibitions while we were there.

2 hours later pizzas not delivered. The response when we called to complain is “not much we can do”. Appalling customer service when there are other options.
