Chose an outdoor table but they are not seating outdoors. Cocktails weren’t available and service very slow. The food was delicious

Heard about this place through my sister and decided to give it a try since my friend was coming in from Long Island.

High Tea was very good. Excellent assortment of sweets and savories. Very comfortable surroundings. Unlimited tea, and very unrushed service.
