Met up with a friend for beer and pizzas. Hadn't visited for many years. Not cheap, and the food takes a while due to the small kitchen, but a great experience.

Just had my lunch at Allan's. Good smallish menu. I had soup with bread and butter, fish chips and peas. I swapped my dessert for a cup of tea. All for a very reasonable price.

We had lots of space at our prebooked table which gave a good first impression. We were assured the scones are baked fresh each day and they tasted it. Simply a very enjoyable visit and will be back.
