I met Ruth (the owner today.. Not a pleasant experience. I would think a business owner would have logic, apparently not all do. I like Chick-fil-a but the one in Bethel has lost my 9 years of regular

Placed a order for pick up. Wasn't informed that they only take cash. Order was 15 minutes late from quoted time. Order was missing an appetizer.
