We had expected that the TipTop diner was still the from Groundhog Day film very disappointed. The food was good and the staff nice.

Excellent food with slow service so you can watch the world go by. as you sit outdoors. Very fresh food made when you order. Wine was good and the place was quite busy with one waiter.

The staff was so cordial and anticipated our every request. All spoke English. The atmosphere was beautiful.
