Just a one night stay, but this had everything I needed. Quiet, good location, free wi if, great staff, a well stocked bar and superb pub food. I had the liver and bacon with buttery mash and a select

I had corned beef pie that was served with home made “real” chips, mushy peas and gravy... all home made, no microwave pastry and only 8.95.. the do good Parmos too

The only thing I didnt like about my stay here, was the fact it was only for one night! My setting was perfect, being in a small quirt village, but only 5 minutes drive from the M62. My room was lovel
